DIY Pannier from Briefcase

Briefcase, back view: a plastic stiffener is inserted in the zippered pocket, two home-made hooks are attached, and a bungee cord is passed through a pair of holes punched near the bottom centre of the briefcase. The back zippered compartment was pretty worn, but I figured it had enough life in it to hold the plastic stiffener and hide the bungee cords.
