Completing our trip, we return to Calgary by motor coach. Along the way, we'll tour the Devil's Coulee Interpretive Centre and Dinosaur Egg Site and Head-Smashed-In-Buffalo Jump (Site 1 or Site 2). At Devil's Coulee, scientists uncover ancient dinosaur remains. Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, reveals the history of the buffalo hunting culture of the Plains Indians from ancient times to the arrival of the Europeans. This is one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved buffalo jump sites on the western plains.
